Key Findings

Business Sentiment



The report revealed that decreased profit margins remain the top concern of businesses, while fleet respondents reported that increasing cost of fuel was among their highest concerns. 
Procurement




Interest remains strong among fleet and retail truck buyers alike. Survey participants showed a clear preference for pre-built trucks.

Saftey & Technology


Respondents noted that Adaptive Cruise Control was their most used active safety feature. Other key features included Autonomous Emergency Braking and Blind Spot monitoring.

Electric Vehicles


As businesses of all sizes shift towards a net zero goal, there's a keen appetite for electric trucks among fleets, and retail buyers alike. The majority of respondents indicated they're considering a Zero Emissions Strategy.

Truck Maintenance


Awareness of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements remains unchanged. Almost 1 in 3 indicate they're yet to comply with or adopt a CoR policy.
