For what purposes are we collecting the personal information?

We will collect, hold, and use the personal information provided by an entrant for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including providing any Prize to an entrant. If you enter this Promotion, your personal information may also be disclosed to the relevant government department or otherwise published, as required by Australian law. 

By participating in the promotion, you consent to us using, and disclosing their personal information to the Promoter's related entities, agencies and other third parties engaged to provide services in connection with the Promotion, for the purpose of contacting the entrant in relation to the Promotion and promoting the winner, you also consent to us using your personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes.

What if we didn't collect this personal information?
If an entrant does not provide the requested personal information, we will not be able to accept an entry as a valid entry in the Promotion or allow an entrant to participate in the Promotion

Who are the types of bodies and persons to whom we usually disclose your personal information?

We may disclose your Personal Information to

• the Isuzu Authorised Dealer Network;
•  suppliers, financiers, insurers and other third parties with whom we have commercial relationships, for business, marketing, and Isuzu-related purposes;
• any organisation for any authorised purpose with your express consent; and
• in exceptional circumstances, we may be obligated under Australian Law to disclose private information to Authorities or Regulators, or for law enforcement or to prevent a serious threat to public safety.

We may combine or share any information that we collect from you with information collected by any of our related bodies corporate.  Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that such third parties protect your personal information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.     Contracted parties must comply with the Act and are not authorised by us to use Personal Information for anything other than the purpose for which we supplied that information to them.

Disclosure overseas
We use the services of certain third-party service providers, which may have offices or other operations outside of Australia. As a result, your personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients. All service providers that have access to personal information held by us are required to keep the information confidential and not to make use of it for any purpose other than to provide services in accordance with their engagement.
